I came up to the drive-up speaker, ordered food, came up to pay and I was told that they would be open in 30 minutes. Then the manager asks us, who took the order. They are almost as incompetent as the white house.
Went twice while visiting Denver. Food was great. Hot and fresh. Was stocked with cookies, straws, lids, napkins, ketchup. They have both electronic ordering station and in-person ordering. Can get a little busy during lunch hours. I tried the pumpkin frosty. It was different but I liked it.

Came in on a lunch rush. It was extremely dysfunctional. I seen the manager tell the cashier to stop taking a customers order and bag some orders. That then created a hostile and tense environment between the two coworkers and the customers who were waiting and viewing. I did make a mobile order but it was still longer than I would have hoped to receive meal
