Wheat bread crust was hard, eggs in potato salad were either extremely over cooked or old because they were very hard, as well as the oatmeal cookie that tasted like it was packaged last year, but has an expiration date of Dec 24( 9 months from now?!?!?!?!?!) Interesting!Just a bit grossed out after this meal….$50 dollars later

Only one young lady was working and man what a treat to finally see a young person with good work ethic. Not only was she the only one to come into work today, but she did great! Didnt get flustered by the sudden rush of hungry families. Greeted everyone one a smile and did her thang. Great job young lady! Didnt catch her name. You have restored some of my faith back into todays work force.

The manager, Sage was delightful and very helpful! She greeted me and my 3 children with a friendly and warm smile that felt genuine and welcoming. The food was great and it made it better knowing it was made by someone who truly strived to make every customer’s experience efficient and enjoyable! Will gladly be returning frequently!Kid-friendliness: She asked my kids about their days and even gave them stickers!

I went in a couple days ago and let me tell you the service was IMMACULATE! Sage, the person that was helping me at the register was very patient while I struggled to figure out what I was in the mood for and I was very impressed with how fast the service for how good the sandwich was! Overall amazing and will be the only place I will ever go to for the rest of my life ?

Ordered a sandwich 30 minutes ago for pick up....sitting here waiting for it STILL.They clearly don't do orders by the time they come in and prioritize folks who come in....Not freaky fast. Actually just insanely slow.

Worst Experience I have had in fast food on years. Subs were almost inedible. Meat was slimy and sandwiches was so poorly made I end up throwing them out. Has there been a change in ownership?

Stopped in for a BLT take out last week Southlands JJ. Sandwich was basically a lettuce & tomato sandwich with One Half Slice of bacon for $9.17! This Jimmy John's used to be good but I will never be returning there again!

So disappointed as I love jimmy johns. I made an order today for delivery it's been 2 hours since I ordered and no order. The manager did not apologize, just said he would refund ... but supposedly my delivery driver was "out" for delivery. Instead of still delivering they wasted 2 hours of my time waiting. I will now go to jersey mikes in the future. Get better managers!
