Had a family dinner here since out of town family members were attending a conference. Although the server was friendly, everything took forever due to his timing in taking app/entree orders and how long it took for food to come out. We were there forever! Food we had was fine but nothing I would consider great. Next time we’ll go off site for a restaurant!
What a stellar evening we had for dinner last night at the Monte Jade. We were seated promptly and the care provided by our server “Mickey” left nothing to chance. He simply went above and beyond - he missed nothing. Friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. Whatever we requested he delivered. I came to the convention center here at Gaylord and at lunch time, I came to eat here. The poke bowl was really good, the soup had too much ginger in my opinion but it was decent, I just think the my over did it or maybe I got the concentrated bottom. I didn’t had to wait for a table and the service was on point. My Server came three times to check on me and I got my food fast. I’m glad I came here.
