The food was perfect bar food, though I wouldn't order the Fully Loaded Chopped salad (think Cobb salad) with chicken added, because it's mainly lettuce. That was disappointing. There was no egg, very very few tomatoes, avocado, and I'm not quite sure where the bacon was. Overall 11 out of 10 would go back again. Surreally amazing staff, we were greeted by one of the friendliest hostesses named Lexi, she enthusiastically interacted and determined our parties size then guided us to the downstairs hostess stand. Where she diligently and jovially sat us in prime seating for the unbelievably large screen airing at least three different channels. While staying at the Gaylord Rockies, I spent a bit of time in this sports bar. They are always busy so be sure you make a reservation or you have time to sit and wait for a table. Even the bar was packed every time I arrived so I couldn't even get to the bar to order a drink if I wanted to. One night I went for dinner and had a tasty salad with grilled chicken.
