While staying at the Gaylord Rockies, I spent a bit of time in this sports bar. They are always busy so be sure you make a reservation or you have time to sit and wait for a table. Even the bar was packed every time I arrived so I couldn't even get to the bar to order a drink if I wanted to. One night I went for dinner and had a tasty salad with grilled chicken. I also ordered a pretzel for an app just because I love pretzels. The salad was nice and fresh, but I was disappointed in the chicken since it was rather dry and lacked flavor. Thankfully, I had some salad dressing to use as a dipping sauce so that helped. The others who I dined with ordered salads, salmon, chili, ribs, nachos, and a cheeseburger. Everyone seemed okay with their meals, but no one was super impressed since this is just like other bar food. Nothing too fancy. Another night I went and just wanted something for dessert since I had eaten elsewhere. The dessert I ordered was the delicious chocolate peanut butter cake. Of course, I had to share with others since it was a huge piece. This is quite a fun spot to watch a game as they have a large tv and many other tv's all over the place. This place can get quite loud so if you are trying to have a quiet dinner, this might not be the place for you. Drinks were good. Food was decent. A bit overpriced, but a good spot when staying at this hotel .

Stayed at the hotel, came here to eat and sat for 20 minutes with no one ever acknowledging our presence. No water, no menus. Esmer was the name of the server in our section doing an amazing job ignoring us.

Chicken tenders were by far the best I’ve ever had. Very cool bar.
The food was perfect bar food, though I wouldn't order the Fully Loaded Chopped salad (think Cobb salad) with chicken added, because it's mainly lettuce. That was disappointing. There was no egg, very very few tomatoes, avocado, and I'm not quite sure where the bacon was. Besides that our server was good and so were the other servers if we needed something.The place was pretty busy so if you're staying at Gaylord's I would definitely make a reservation. If you are visiting for an event I would try to grab lunch around 10:30 or 11:00 or after 1:30.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu with the basics. The mac and cheese is not from the blue box but is homemade.
