Always a fan of Nothing Bundt Cakes, I ordered 8 bundlets for a dinner party. When I got to the Southlands store, I asked the young ladies to please verify that my cakes were upright and that the frosting patterns were intact (because the pattern is so important to the presentation). When I got them home and unpacked them, I found that they were absolutely perfect!! I can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone there is welcoming and professional.

Felicity helped me design a gorgeous birthday cake and while I waited they made it for me. Talk about awesome, it truly is a beautiful work of art. Outstanding Experience and Customer Care! From the time I was placing my delivery order to its actual delivery was superior. I was offered suggestions to my order to make my decisions easier. I was not rushed, they took their time in assisting me. On the date of delivery, I received a text confirming delivery. I wanted to know if the delivery was handed to the person or left outside in a shaded area. The actual STORE OWNER instantly called the delivery person to see where the delivery was left. I was concerned that the receiver of the cakes would not know the cakes were left in a shaded area, so again, the actual STORE Manager offered to text the receiver to alert him to the where the cakes were. That was going far beyond customer service, that was customer care 100%. The entire experience was more than expected and the reason we have used this store for 7 years!

I got a coupon in the mail for BOGO bundtlet. So I had to try it. OMG. They were so good. I got the chocolate chocolate chip and my friend got the carrot. So a week later I got a dozen bundtinis with 10 different flavors and 2 extras. Took them to my friends with his two teenage boys. They were gone in seconds. Definitely coming back to get more and wish I knew about this for my birthday last month.

They wrapped the cake in cellophane. No box. Since we need to take the cake into the mountains, I asked if they could give me a box to sit it in, since cellophane is slippery. They had a big pile of boxes folded and ready for use.The manager said no. I thought they were joking.

Great cakes! Quick service and easy ordering. Do keep in mind they do charge for every decoration added when most other stores around do not.They have one gluten free option, which is yummy however I wish it were possible to custom order other flavors gluten free as well.
