Sat in the bar area. One person serving all the tables plus the bar. Server lies to us about rewards, first of all. Takes our order (two of us only) yet we waited 30+ minutes for food (a salad!) with people seated after us finishing before we even got our food. Server doesn’t even bother to take item off bill that should have been a reward. We got boxes to go just to get the heck out of this place. Doubt we will return.

Now I remember why the last time we had been at this place was 4 years ago. If you are looking for a Taco Bell that sells drinks worse than a all-inclusive hotel in Mexico, this is your place. If I needed to use one word to describe this place, it would be “Disgusting”.

They sat us in the bar area. The bartender had several tables and had to make drinks. This really hurt him in taking care of the tables. The guac live and queso took over 20 minutes! Everything tasted good once we got it. On The Border always has issues with their service ?
Gaetano was great! He was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. He constantly checked on us even though he was extremely busy.

Have not enjoyed the last couple of visits here. Servers seem to be stretched thin. Seated after someone in the kitchen yelled that we had come in, but it was ten minutes (yes I timed it) before a young man came over for a drink order. He hastily served us our drinks but had so many on his tray that he spilled ours. He came back and cleaned it up, but didn't take our orders. It was several minutes before the lady that had been behind the bar came out and got our order. A food runner brought us our food but the order was incomplete. Took forever to get drink refills. Just overall very negligent and disorganized. This has been the norm lately and we decided we just won't go back. Until we moved here this was one of our favorite restaurants.
Horrible! Hostess was so un attentive didnt speak to us as we were sat then 15 minutes for someone to even take a drink order, server was so rushed, no manager in sight. Food was horrible but again server nowhere in sight. Huge hair in our dessert! this place is pathetic what a waste of

They are great, lady who helped in to go place was great!
Our waiter was amazing! We felt bad for him because they seem obviously understaffed. He was host/waiter/busboy but he still managed to take out order in a timely manner, we got our food quickly and everything was perfect! He needs a raise!

Food was okay for chain Mexican food. Went on a Saturday night at 5:45 ish and was seated right away. Haven't been there in years and noticed the menu options have shrank since my last visit.
