Meh….went through the drive thru and it was slow. Had the 2 item plate and it was not as good as I remember Panda being. The fortune cookie was stale and not good. First time, probably the last time I fill my Chinese food craving.

This Panda Express is the local panda by my house. It's become a family-favorite and something to go to if I'm looking for quality, affordable Chinese food. Joyce & Ambar are two staff members who have always ensured top-notch service, and them amongst the others make it a place I enjoy coming back to.

Food is good, but if you use the app, you will be made to wait 20 minutes (a predetermined pick up time in the app) even if no other customers are in the restaurant or in the drive-thru. Nor are you permitted to cancel the order and simply walk up to the empty counter. Unfortunate customer service policy.

I have been going to Panda for years, and was so happy when one finally opened near my house. I have gone there multiple times and have had countless issues. The most common is them not giving me enough meat. I have tried contacting them on this almost every time that it happens and have hoped that it would be resolved. I went tonight and got 2 large entrees, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, and the orange chicken is less full as usual and the teriyaki chicken is the lowest it has ever been. I am officially giving up on this location and going back to the one I went to before.

I placed my order through the app and was missing an entire entree when I got home and opened the container. Tried to call The store several times with out anyone answering and then even tried to reach out through the website to get this corrected. I do not recommend the Smokey Hills Location.

Went in, they were out of orange chicken, lo mein, string bean chicken breast, kung pao chicken.. I know it’s 1 hour before you guys close but there were still cars coming in and customers coming in.. yet they decided to start cleaning and not wanting to make new food. Their response was “we are out”.. very dissapointed… managers should be disappointed in themselves letting this go on.
