If you're ordering early, the food is absolutely atrocious. It seems like they serve unsold food from the previous day to the early orders the next day. I have had 3 separate occasions where 10:30am orders are delivered dry, under sauced, and far less flavorful than any given lunch order.Panda Express has been, in the past, reportedly caught over saucing old food in an attempt to re sell it at a later date. I like Panda express but this location needs some serious help. I have been here several times and the people behind the counter are acting like they have no common sense. One nice girl put together my whole order and then started on the next. After I was standing there for a while she was asking “whose supposed to be working register” when some girl who just has been standing there said “I am”. I placed my order through the app and was missing an entire entree when I got home and opened the container. Tried to call The store several times with out anyone answering and then even tried to reach out through the website to get this corrected. I do not recommend the Smokey Hills Location.
