If you eat here because it's "fresh" or "healthy," it's not. All those drink mixes are from concentrates, all the soups come on bags that are heated in a hot sink, all the meat comes in giant bags that's pre-portioned, and the only thing fresh here are the baked goods - that's the only reason to come here, besides the turkey chili that's still overpriced.
I was with a group that wanted some late healthy food and we went to this Panera Bread in the evening near closing time. Unfortunately, most items in the menu were not available, but besides that it's your regular Panera experience and nothing special.

Visited on Sunday with my wife. All was good until I asked about my Drink I had ordered via the app. Two male employees were just standing around looking at their phones and talking. Tmwhen asking about Mt drink the young lady was nice and all but one of the other employee started an attitude with me for no reason at all and continued. I moved on but he struggled to do so.
