So the last three times I’ve been here, they have been out of bread bowls before four in the afternoon. I will find another Panera near my house.

I think I'm going to cancel my sip club, DO NOT GET DRINKS HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A BUNCH OF MOLD FLOATING INSIDE IF IT!

15+ minutes until closing, walk up to the order counter and they inform me that they don't have soups, baguettes, or any breads available for any sandwiches. The tennage employee keeps talking back to her kitchen and laughing about how they can't serve us during buisness hours. Truly a sad world we live in. Panera has lost a loyal customer.

Visited on Sunday with my wife. All was good until I asked about my Drink I had ordered via the app. Two male employees were just standing around looking at their phones and talking. Tmwhen asking about Mt drink the young lady was nice and all but one of the other employee started an attitude with me for no reason at all and continued. I moved on but he struggled to do so. Then the dining areas were completely dirty and workers in the back were doing very little if anything and the restaurant was not busy at all. Had to wipe our own table down. Otherwise food was good.

Coffee tasted like it was filtered through a mechanic's rag. (I'm into that kinda thing.) If you love paying $15 for a bagel, you're gonna love Panera. (I do.)

Overpriced waste of time. $12 dollars for a bagel with cream cheese and a hot chocolate. Rude staff, slow service, tried 4 empty tables before we found a clean one. Not busy at all but homeless people hanging out cussing in front of kids and leaving trash all over while stinkin’ up the place.Years ago this Panera was such a nice place to come. Sad to see how it’s gone downhill.

People are disgustingly rude here. They do not care at all, food sucks and expensive. When they mess up your order, do not expect any apology from them. They will treat you like garbage. They literally told my husband to throw it away if he wants to with no apology for the wrong order. He asked where is 'sorry' and 'please' they told him they don't have to say that. And they mocked us entire time we were there. Such a horrible and sad experince. Not surprised with all this bad reviews.

Perhaps more of a review for Panera as a corporation nowadays- but for a chain that gouges the customer with the highest possible prices to maintain demand for their mid range lunch food, it’s crazy how dilapidated and dull the atmosphere in these restaurants still are. On top of that, they’ve cut overhead by replacing 2/3 of their POS stands with tablet kiosks. So now it’s the customer’s job to sift through multi level menus and locate the thing they want. Also, the staff here cant be bothered to acknowledge you when you walk in. This company is clearly run by geriatric lizards with no desire to reinvest meaningfully or provide a half decent value for their customers.

Staff was extremely friendly. I actually enjoyed the time there. The cashier's smile seemed to radiate from her head!
