Food was good but this is the third time in a row the order was wrong. I ordered 2 spicy sandwiches extra pickle and 24 count nugget with a mashed potato. Every order has been either two regular sandwiches with no pickle, or a random signature chicken box. This time it’s a regular sandwich no pickle and a spicy no pickle …

Very disappointed in the wings. In the drive thru had to ask for napkins, utensils, sauce, butter, honey, etc...not thoughtful customer service.

Away from this location, it’s roast and invested. You will find a roach in your food and then you will bring it up to them and they will say that it’s not their fault and you will ask to speak to a area manager or corporate and they will lie to you and write any number down if you know what’s good for you stay with this location it’s disgusting grossroach food

For some reason their nuggets are more skin than meat, same with that nasty sandwich that's generally only mostly meat towards the center, but it majority skin...talk about false advertising?
Atmosphere dirty, service sucked and when I order doordash or uber eats, they mess my order up, and I never get a straw for my drinks. Why is it so difficult to do things correctly?

The cashier was nice, although it took 17 minutes to get my order. I placed my order, and a manager at that time was able to take a break, fixed her meal, ate and came back before I got my order. And I was the only order placed in the lobby at that time. No courtesy drink, no apology, nothing from the cashier. I have managed multiple customer service teams.

Walked in to place an order stood there for 15 minutes while all the employees just walked by and stared at me including the manager on duty. Needless to say I got tired of waiting and tired of just getting stared at as if I were there for S N G. Employees need better Customer service....for peeps sake. Customers are there to order not to watch employees work
