Awesome visit to Popeyes tonight. I ordered on the mobile app. Very easy to order. Picked up at the drive thru. Tonight was the best chicken that I have gotten at Popeyes. I think they got a new chef at this location on Parker Rd. Cooked perfectly. I spoke with several employees at the drive thru. Very friendly and the order was well packed. All there too. Thank You Popeyes! Perfect tonight!
Very bad service in this establishment. I usually eat at Popeye's. Lately the service of the young people they are hiring is definitely bad. It's like they wake up in a bad mood

Walked in to place an order stood there for 15 minutes while all the employees just walked by and stared at me including the manager on duty. Needless to say I got tired of waiting and tired of just getting stared at as if I were there for S N G. Employees need better Customer service....for peeps sake.
