While l like your food, your service is terrible. Tonight I ordered the Shrimp boat, when I got home, I had 2 piece spicy dark meat meal. This has happened 3 other times. Another time I ordered wings, and the batter was so overcooked it was almost burnt. You need to do better Popeyes!
One of the worst Popeyes around, consistently out of napkins, ketchup and one time they were even out of fries. This time they were out of chicken, and they couldn't refund my money since I ordered thru the app. I ordered 12 wings and their replacement equivalent was 5 chicken tenders... You would be hard pressed to find another establishment with worse customer service than here

Stopped in for some Popeyes flavors since i hadn't it in a while. And it was well worth the wait. Chicken was cooked perfectly. Red beans and rice balanced out well, fries were hittin, and mashed potatoes were fire. Poor girl at the cash register was so busy trying to run the front and help in drive through. Folks were so mean; God forbid you gotta wait these days smh. Either way it was great. Will definitely return! Manager needs to train all those cooks in the back to help...read full review
