Took forever to take my order. When then finally took it, they made it wrong after 15 min of me waiting. So then I asked her to make it the right way and she had a not friendly response. And then she took 10 more mins to re make it while proceeding to do other orders. This location seems to screw me over. I love Starbucks but not this time.

The staff at this location is amazing! I visit the store every morning and am always greeted with a smile. The baristas know my name and my order by heart and consistently remember details about me as a person. They are truly the best part of my day!

The service was terrible. I assume it was the persons first day. Assuming that made it a bit more tolerable.However 4/5 of our orders came out wrong. This was after repeating our orders no less than 5 times.When we got to the window we were then handed our drinks one by one. After drink three we asked for a carrier and we’re asked to give the drinks back. After discussion about why it was best to let them do that, we were finally handed a drink carrier.

Thankful for their keto friendly options. This is a Passion Tango Tea with light ice, 2 pumps of SF Vanilla Syrup and Heavy Cream. It's my go to when the weather's nice.Make sure they shake it!

I come to this Starbucks a lot and the service is usually good, but tonight it was awful. The two baristas working were first off wearing their masks under their nose which is unacceptable for food service. To top it off, the girl making our drinks (Hannah read her name tag) sneezed over the drinks while making them. I wouldn't have batted an eye if she had been wearing her mask properly but the fact that she wasn't paired with her sneezing onto her hand that was touching our drinks was so gross. I feel at this point it's common sense to handle food with sanitary measures. Also, we ordered a grande size in one of our drinks, she gave it to us in a tall. When we tried telling her it was supposed to be grande, she argued with us and snapped back with an attitude, saying "do you want to see the receipt?" I work in customer service so I am no stranger to difficult customers but in the past when we've accidentally been given an incorrect size, the baristas have fixed it no problem. Her service was deplorable and we are very upset with how the experience went.

Starbucks here used to be good, last few times has been a horrible experience. They are never on time. The team member I don’t know his name but was very short and rude and you can tell he didn’t want to be there.Today I get there and waited in line for 5 minutes when I was told to go to another Starbucks because their employee just didn’t show up to work.The one on Gartrell isn’t any better they are always running out of breakfast during breakfast …

Went to go get coffee when I arrived at the window what the girl gave me was not what I wanted I asked for 1 grande caramel ribbon crunch frappe extra crunch and even though she knew they didn't have any she didn't inform me and I also purchased a venti caramel frappe extra caramel they gave me a grande caramel frappe with no caramel and both tasted like nothing I paid for a venti when they didn't give me one I'm not angry I'm just disappointed because what was the point in spending my money on something that was all wrong
