We inhaled the edimame. Sushi was great, my husband especially liked (I think it was called) the spicy California with tempura shrimp. The Koolaid martini kind of tasted like a cough drop at first but I still liked it.
I'm always asked where the best place to go for sushi in Parker. And my answer year after year is the same: Junz sushi.I love supporting small businesses and restaurants. This family ran sushi restaurant has always left me coming back for me.I love the quiet atmosphere where the staff knows my order because I'm their regular. Junz is tucked away in a mini mall off Dransfeldt Rd. The exterior is unassuming, and their interior is modern yet simple. Their sushi, however, is the best in Parker.
