Came in here today just on a whim after shopping for groceries at Pacific. Being from California where there is an abundance of boba shops, it's really difficult to compete. This place, however, hits the spot. Service was super friendly, COVID conscious, and very accommodating. I asked for a grapefruit green tea which wasn't on the menu, but they made it happen for me anyway! You gotta love a business that can truly accommodate your requests without complaining. Grapefruit flavor was really nice, tea was properly made, and boba was cooked to perfection. Also got the brown sugar milk tea, and tasted very legit. They also advertised crepe cakes by the slice, so I'll be coming back to try that soon if they're still available! What more could you ask for? Clean, quality, caring. Thanks TBaar!

TL;DR - Terrible service to (formerly) loyal customers. There was a drink miscommunication and they refused to remake our drinks and argued with us even though we've come in often before and this has never happened with us. We're not going back. If you want good service we suggest the other tbaar (located on Colorado Blvd) or Kung Fu tea where they don't nickle and dime customers.We just had a terrible customer service experience at this tbaar. We ordered two drinks and there was a miscommunication for one drink where we didn't get what we asked for (or to be fair what we believe we asked for). We explained this to the lady working there, but they said that they don't remake drinks because "this happens a lot" and argued with us about what we said/they heard. 1. If it happens a lot, are all the customers mis-ordering or is there perhaps some mishearing going on? 2. You can ask the customers to verify their order, which they did not. 3. We left the drink so weren't trying to swinddle the company. 4. These are overpriced drinks with high margins, can they really not afford to remake them once in a while to make a long term customer happy? 5. We come in 12-20 times per year and have been loyal customers, they refused to remake one drink, rudely argued over what we said, and have lost our business. We'll see if it was a wise business decision for them. We won't be back and recommend the tbaar on Butchel boulevard (3970 Buchtel Blvd S Ste 105, Denver, CO 80210) or Kung Fu tea instead.

The service of the two girls in the store was very bad, they made the drink for me wouldn't add sugar and I asked for sugar seemlike they don’t want to , Is was impolite, like they don’t need business from us.... next day I came to buy again the fruit is dirty and not fresh ... but it is also sold to the customer , also they not wearing gloves ... it's unhygienic, in epidemic times , the business very difficult now during panedict but the way to serve is unsatisfactory and very unhygienic, really....fresken bad[ThumbsDown][ThumbsDown][ThumbsDown]

Came here after lunch to get a drink with my boyfriend. We both got fruit tea. I got a jasmine tea and he got a passion fruit tea. This is a chain drink place. Back in Chicago there are couple Tbaar. Varies of drink you can pick...milk tea, fresh juice and tea. You can add different toppings with extra charge. Not a bad place to get a nice cold drink.
