Absolute worst Wendy's I have ever been too. Incorrect cold food, broken equipment, and completely rude and incompetent management. Same Hispanic lady has yelled and called me a liar when I tell them they forgot items.

Came in on a lunch rush. It was extremely dysfunctional. I seen the manager tell the cashier to stop taking a customers order and bag some orders. That then created a hostile and tense environment between the two coworkers and the customers who were waiting and viewing. I did make a mobile order but it was still longer than I would have hoped to receive meal

This Wendy’s has to be the most ghetto one I’ve ever been to they had a car crashed by the drive thru the speaker has a bullet hole in it plus the managers throughout the weekdays are always in a bad attitude they hate when their employees correct them on there mistakes especially when I asked for a kid toy I told “Claudia” I’ll pay for the meal and she instead shut the window in my face will not be coming hear again take you’re business to any other Wendy’s beside this ?️

Worst service I've ever had. I ordered online and we parked in one of the marked parking spots for online orders. I clicked the I'm here on the email confirmation and even went inside and told the guy at the counter and his manager that I had arrived and that I will be waiting in the car for them to bring the order when it's completed. I waited ten minutes in the car and went in again to remind them I was in the car. Then 15 minutes later I went in and asked where the order was. They acted like they didn't know who I was. They said I should've come in and stayed or gone through the drive through. The directions clearly say they are to bring it out. They didn't give me fresh food and the frosties were half melted. I asked for the manager and some lady claim to be the manager but then only provided a first name. Claudia was very rude and belligerent and took no responsibility for the error on Wendy's behalf. Then to top it off they got the order wrong and the food was gross. Last time I go to this gross Wendy's. It's a shame it's the closest one to me.
