The food is good. The service is much better than in the past. It's just too expensive. It's convenient; but, restaurants in Avon and Edwards have food just as good at about 1/2 the price. The pricing at the Ritz is ridiculous. The portions are huge. Cut down on the portions and price the food accordingly.

Food was great. Exceptional service from Reed. She was so kind and took care of all of our allergy requests with care!

Fun, casual restaurant -- we went after our spa treatment. Food and drinks are tasty. Wish there were a few more "healthier" or lighter options on the menu but would still come back. Good vibes.

Food was terrible. For a Ritz restaurant, the menu options are limited. Salmon on our Caesar was the smallest piece we have ever seen served and the chicken mole was so over cooked. Always been a huge fan of the Ritz and their restaurants, but this was well under expectations.

Food was good and waitstaff friendly but the prices were ridiculous for what you got and the ambience. Loud and overcrowded and rushed- $48 for a basic burger and fries; $43 for nachos with chili??

Excellent pretzel & veal schnitzel! We were staying up at Bear Paw and came over to Ritz for our final night.

We ate here while staying at the Ritz to celebrate our babymoon and had the most wonderful experience. The meal was delicious and beyond that, the chef came out to congratulate us and gave us a gift and card on behalf of her and the staff! Such a sweet surprise and one we won't forget! We'll definitely be dining here again soon - as a party of three!

All the food was great. The wiener schnitzel was unique and served with the bone. I splurged for it as the price point was pretty high at $72. The dish was large so sharing is always an option.

Great spot! Overpriced as expected, but willing to pay! It's one of the most scenic hotels in the country- worth it for an overpriced burger , truffle fries, steak, salad, couple drinks! Got to hang by the huge fireplace after and spend some more so all is good

Muy mala experiencia con la manager la persona que nos recibio muy bien pero llegó la manager y dio la mesa que nos tenían asignada después de 20 minutos nos dieron 2 mesas y nos separaron el grupo que teníamos

Wine glass had lipstick on it. Never received salad and ap we ordered. Only one fill of water because staff was so limited. Food and drinks took a very long time to receive. Expensive meal for crummy service.
