Delicious, excellent service, small, well-curated menu, fresh ingredients, can’t go wrong!

The food was delicious. The service was extremely polite and gracious, but admittedly slow even when it wasn't busy, and we noticed especially because we were jet lagged from traveling all day. The price is steep, although everything in Beaver Creek is!

Our waitress Katie was exceptional! The food came out quickly and our dinner service was outstanding. We never needed to ask for anything, water was quickly refilled and plates were cleared at appropriate times. We enjoyed our dinner but felt it was overpriced for the entree portions.

I last dined there about 5 years ago. This visit, the menu seemed more limited. While the flavors were good, the 3 dishes we chose were not as impressive as before. We were also between two tables with large groups and their noise levels made me glad I am a little hard of hearing. Our conversation was difficult. Service by Scott et al was superlative!

On vacation with the family from the east coast and this was our first time eating at this establishment. Needless to say, we were NOT disappointed. In fact, they exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. The food from start to finish was outstanding. The chef is a master of his craft. If we had the ability we would have given him 3 Michelin stars. From taste to presentation, hands down the best meal we've had in a long time. The service was just as exceptional. Scott was friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. The owners have a lot to be proud of about this restaurant.

We had high expectations. We had reservations for our party of four. Everyone in our party agreed that the menu was limited, the portions tiny and the prices exorbitant. My fish entree consisted of literally three bites of fish with 1/2 of the plate taken up with an artistic swirl of green sauce… for $65. No sides included. The service was excellent and the restaurant is beautiful. Don’t go hungry… better to go and enjoy drinks and the ambience.

I loved the duck. The steak and lamb were very good but not as good as the duck. Atmosphere is fine but could use a refresh.

Like the Grouse Mtn of old. The soup presentation is missing the pour over favored bits The bread presentation is to frugal. Plates are too frugal. Portion of duck 4oz? Should add more to the plate ie potatoes , vegetables. LEAVE FEELING Chiseled.

Been going to GMG for the last 10 years - and unfortunately this was my worst experience.. Requested sommelier - waiter said he requested 3 times .. never came After 30 mins went to the bar to get cocktail instead of spending 150-200 on a bottle of wine .. waiter didn't have any idea about the wines and even after I showed him a picture of a bottle I ordered previous year - he said ‘we don't sell Austrian wines' (it was a French Bordeaux!! Bread was chilled cold - tasty after I wit warmed up but cold Waiter never mentioned the tasting menu that we were given .. Waiter needs to eat mints before speaking about food if he doesn't want the smell to put you off eating !! Maybe back again - but probably time to look for an alternative

This is the fourth time visiting and as always the food/service/everything was spectacular. Our server, Duffy, guided us on a culinary journey. The highlights were Cacio de Pepe paired with a glass of CHEV pinot noir and the Scottish Salmon (to die for). Love this place. It's really that good.

I had high expectations. However, the menu was very limited and prices were too high for the portion sizes. I ordered the black cod and literally there were 3 bites of fish... for $65! Literally half of my dinner plate was an artistic swirl of green sauce. I never leave reviews but I felt obligated to let others know. Everyone in our party agreed on all points. The ambience is very nice and the server was exceptional. Just don't go hungry. Better to go for drinks.

We have always loved this place,,, however we won't be returning anytime soon. Very average now , doesn't feel special feels commercial with average service and average food...

Ceiling needs baffling - way too loud in this restaurant. Waitress had to yell to be heard and our party could not hear each other! Left with headache. On positive side restaurant had outstanding food and service and was lovely.

With all of the little kids with their families in the dining room it felt like we were having dinner in the middle of a gymnasium. Given the prices, we expect a lot more by way of ambience. The food was great, but not likely we'll be back. The wine list is also quite pricey with few reasonable options. Service was reasonable but I wound up pouring the wine.
