Relaxed casual vibe and fantastic service (shout out to Gabby) combined with a great variety of small plates. Many ski seasons ago I realized appetizers and a dinner were just too much to eat after a hard day on the slopes. Met Kitchen has great options that are definitely shareable. Following the advice of our server, we paced ourselves - and we are glad we did. When I come here with my friends, we all order different things from the menu to share. Some of our favorites are the Prosciutto and Fig Flatbread, the Lobster Tacos and Rolls (you can't go wrong with lobster), Fried Buffalo Cauliflower and Winter Beet Salad. The Short Ribs are also really good, but I would recommend that as a singular plate - you aren't going to want to share. The servers are always great as well. We were at a Beaver Creek conference and had a private happy hour for about 50 people at The Met. It was a great experience! The food selection was varied and each appetizer/dish was not only delicious, but was presented nicely-great chef! Edgar, the manager, was very personable and accommodating. The servers and staff were all very helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend dining at The Met Kitchen!
