“La Francaise Bistrot was simply AMAZING. We over ordered because we couldn't decide between several delicious dishes! The service was warm and friendly- you were dining with your relatives. The desserts were beautifully served and delicious! We started with the French Onion soup- the best. Entrees Hanger steak and the lobster pasta special. Desserts- Creme Brulee, and 2 other specials. We happily left with to go boxes. 10 out of 10.”

“This is not your typical pizza joint. It's a nice restaurant that's happens to serve non-typical pizza.One of the cooler things was the lunch menu special. You get a soup or salad, any style pizza, and dessert for $25. And yes, it is plenty of pizza for one person. Huge wine selection, awesome mixed drinks, and the local drafts. I only tried 2 of their pizzas, but the Fig And Prosciutto Pizza was probably the best pizza I have ever eaten. The sweet fig sauce with the salty prosciutto and goat cheese made a flavor combination like you have never tasted. And the bread pudding and huge cookie is also a great follow up!If you ever stop by for some boarding or skiing, or just to visit, I highly recommend Tin Plate for a gourmet pizza at regular pizza prices, along with a great atmosphere and super friendly service.”

“Really enjoyed the food and service. Menu had a wide variety. For starters we had beef tips with guac and pico. Yum! For dinner we both had filet and it was tender, cooked to perfection and wonderful taste. Only reason for a 4 was the icy stairs. A restaurant of this quality should not let this happen given the long stairway.”

“No wonder why Broken Compass is so popular! I came here with a few friends on a Saturday afternoon in January when it was understandably crowded with snow sport folks... AND their dogs. So many different draft options. I enjoyed the Snow Blind Double IPA, which was tasty. You might get lucky and grab a bench, but I was cramped against one corner of the bar. Still a fantastic 5-star brewery experience I'd repeat again.”

“We were walking by and saw the words "Churros & Donuts" and were drawn in. Walked in to a little display of stuffed churros and could see we were in the right place. “Ahh this is a proper Mexican joint. With Mexican being my deathbed food of choice, Oaxaca Bites probably wouldn’t be the choice for my deathbed, but they are superb! It warms my heart that you can get some delicious greasy Mexican in the heart of an annoyingly uppity area. Oaxacan Bites is truly a gem!!”

“I have to say, this little hole on the wall shop is one of the most unique ice cream experiences ever! Imagine Cold Stone Creamery but they flatten the ice cream and then roll it up like a churro! You get to puck your ice cream flavor and ingredients. You get 7 or 8 rolls per serving. My only critique is it takes a while to create each order so the lines and wait time can get long. Also, the servings look light but they are solid! I would recommend splitting an order on your first visit. (You will likely be back!)”

“This is by far the best pizza I have ever had in my entire life and it was completely dairy free!! As a lactose intolerant person this was a dream come true!!!! From the ranch on the salad to the pizza rolls to the garlic knots I was in heaven!!! I could have just eaten here for the entire trip in Breck, please add more locations!!!! Love this place so much, it is a must go! Plus cool stuff for purchase, make sure to check out the Emotional Support Pickle and say hi to their four legged buddy, Rupert! “We were looking for a good seafood restaurant and ended up having thr best dining experience in Colorado here.The place was sadly really dead on a thursday night, so obviously staff/service was spot on.However, what surprised us was how fresh the oysters and tuna poke was. We initially ordered 1/2 dozen orders but had to get 6 more.We also tried the rocky mountain trout which was a delight. They were gracious enough to leave out bacon from the hash. The trout tasted amazing fresh, to the point I was wondering how do they even make it taste this good. (Ofcourse I added some extra salt on it). The hash with shrimp and the edamame paired perfectly with everything.Also tried a chocolate fudge brownie which was great.”

This was my second time now and again another great cup of coffee and friendly smiles. “Absolutely the best sushi in the Colorado rockies. (Tried them all) the only place you can get solid Otoro sashimi that takes like Japan. Super cool that they get a direct flight from Japan for most of the fish. Absolutely top tier in sushi. We prefer to come here over any spot in Denver. Tet is the coolest and learned sushi in Osaka years ago. Super thankful to have a local spot in Breck that happens to be world class.”
