During Covid, they managed customer flow, and required masks. If you do order a sandwich in person, be prepared to wait a few minutes for it to be prepared fresh. Don't count on getting a load of bread to accompany your dinner, their focus is pies and sweets.“

“Amy is so sweet and so easy to work with. She literally goes above and beyond. I called in today to get some help delivering a cake to my brother and sister-in-law, to congratulate them on their home closing. She not only made it happen, but knew exactly what I was looking for and took a personal detour just to make sure the cake got delivered on her way home.That said, their cakes are also amazing! I’m pretty picky when it comes to cake. If it’s good cake, I’m a big fan, but if it’s not, I likely won’t eat it. Every time we’ve had their cake, it’s always been a favorite. “I recently worked with Katarina at Heavenly for a program for a client and had the best experience, she and her staff are truly a joy to work with and are so kind and patient. We were given a full tour of the factory and Katarina went into detail about each product and there process, the bread is also 10/10! The best gluten free bread ever and as someone with a soy allergy it was refreshing to see that not being used as a filler like so many other "healthy" breads. “This was hands down the best sourdough and pastry that I have everrrr had in my life. The loafs are beautiful you almost don’t want to cut into them. The crust is so perfectly crunchy and the inside is absolutely divine, I almost cried. So fluffy, absolute perfect texture. 10/10 spongeness. Same with the pastry. I never want to eat any other bread other than this now and my friend that doesn’t even eat bread was almost in tears as well. To top it off- my stomach didn’t feel bad after eating multiple pieces, really good quality. So stoked about finally going into this spot. Can’t say enough good things.“

The girl that helped us was Shayla and I could see that she was trying her best to help everyone as they could not take any payments. She offered the person in front of us and us the cookies for free. That is the best service I received in the 4 Crumbl stores I have visited across Colorado. She heard about this place and knew I would enjoy the fact that they are made to order.We were able to order and pickup these cookies about 10-15 minutes after ordering.Pro Tip: Wait 25-30 minutes before eating these cookies as most of these cookies will melt right in your hand if you try to eat them right when you get them.My favorite flavor was the Peanut Butter M&M while my wife loved the Red Velvet.These cookies are definitely delivered on taste and quality.
