Ordered a veggie burger with no bacon and another burger for myself to go. Veggie burger had bacon on it despite the ticket on the package clearly showing no bacon. Wife is vegetarian so i had them remake it which I appreciate, but i ended up with cold and soggie food due to this. I'm super disappointed and sad with my meal. With all the food options around its hard to recommend going here if they pay so little attention.

The Boulder BJs has their menu and prep dialed-in. You know what you're going to get, and it comes out the same visit-after-visit. There are menu options for almost everyone. Yes, mostly on the heavier side, but you wouldn't go to Applebee's or Chili's for rabbit food either. Service consistently surprises me, especially for a large and busy chain - our servers (>10) have ALL been attentive, responsive, familiar and helpful with the menu, and generally pleasant. We rarely experience a weekday wait for lunch or dinner. The place is always clean.
My friends and I came here for a few Pizookies and the service, food, and atmosphere more than outdid our expectations. Joe, our server, was fantastic and so were the managers Elka and Derick! We will definitely be coming back soon.

The weather was beautiful on an early I’m glad April day, and we had the privilege of being the only people on the sunny patio with Mountain Views. Food was good and happy hour is a great value. We appreciated our server Alex Walker, who was very attentive and sweet.

I wanted to try their Mac and cheese balls, so I did. Planned on ordering dinner after trying them but they filled me up, so I just got the tuna poke and it was delicious. The Mac and cheese balls were good not great.

This place cannot for the life of them get a to-go order right. The last 3 ordered I’ve placed have been messed up. Prime Rib with a $5 tip on a To-Go order… get home and there’s not horseradish sauce or Au Jus, had to drive back to pick it up. Wanna guess how cold my $40 meal was by the time I got to sit down to eat it? The second of the last 3 orders came with a opened and half empty chocolate milk, had to drive back… today I get home with some kids meals and there’s no fries… two kids meal which are both supposed to have fries… and no fries. This time however, I won’t be driving back. Not today and not ever as I’m over wasting my time and money in this place.

They literally only gave our incredibly sweet delivery driver (who doesn’t speak English) a side salad for a $75 order. That blows my mind, the ineptitude is incredible. Forcing him to drive all the way back all the way back in a snowstorm due to your negligence. Floored to say the least. And yeah the food was cold and inedible.
