Easily the slowest fast food place in Boulder. Expect the drive thru to take 45 minutes when you’re the only car in line, then the order will be wrong.

They never got the order right every time I’ve been here. Everything’s correct in the receipt but you pull away with at least one item wrong or lacking. Last time the burger was completely pink…….Folks, check your food before you pull away…

Expressly mentioned how I wanted extra mayonnaise on my burgers 5 plus times. I even offered to pay extra for it but was told it was unnecessary. Proceeded to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru only to be given burgers with no mayonnaise on them. Never trust this location, pull out all of your food and double check it before you go.

Every time i go here i regret it. It took 10 minutes for anybody at the counter to acknowledge the customers. The tall bald guy finally noticed the 2 people in line and got frustrated and threatened to close the lobby at 4 o’clock. I just left, never going back

The hours say 6:00 am to 12:00 am, but they are never open at 6 am nor at 6:30, or 6:45 am! I sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes and nothing. Drive thru lights are on but no response! As I was pulling up at 6:30 I saw a worker just getting there. So maybe update your hours.
