This place is awesome. We're from California and it's all very authentic himself. Atmosphere is not that great. But staff is super friendly. A little loud music but excellent.
First things first, the food is phenomenal--not to mention the huge portions ( I always leave with leftovers). The woman that runs Seoul Kitchen is so sweet, her prices are unbeatable, and her food is truly authentic. Nothing makes me happier than eating at an authentic place in Boulder, there's not enough of them. Although this restaurant is in a dining hall, it's a great place to get to go, or eat in. I go here at least once a month.

I was a bit skeptical to order Korean food in Boulder since my experience with ethnic food thus far while living here has been unreal (in a bad way), but surprisingly the food at Seoul Kitchen was much better than I expected. The BiBimBop was above average, but excellent according to Boulder ethic food standards. The Kimchi was ok, not great (could be better), and although I didn't realize the KimBop was made with Spam, it's still enjoyable. If I order again, I might get the California...read full review
