A great option for some excellent food within the Avanti venue on Pearl Street. Exceptional versions of some of the classic Italian favorites. Really enjoyed the chicken parm sandwich, served on light and tasty focaccia bread. Polenta fries were excellent!
It was recommended that we get something to eat in the building where Mangia Panino is located. There are a few bars and 5 or 6 restaurants. I chose this one because the eggplant parmigiana sub sounded good. It was wonderful. They added lemon juice to the sub and it gave it an extra tangy flavor. They also make polenta fries. I wanted to just try one and they happily made one for me. They sprinkle cheese on top of them and serve them with their tomato sauce. It was delicious....read full review

Holy Hot Dang…??? sandwiches in Boulder!!! My time on the east coast truly left an impression on my tastebuds because every now and again I just C R A V E a chicken cutty!!! Sadly, more times than not I’m left sulking in disappointment because the bread just isn’t right. That folks is where Mangia Panino screams… “hold my beer lady, we got you!” The Focaccia is so KILLER it should be in prison!!!
