We are big Postino fans. After trying out the one in Boulder, we've tried a couple others in Denver and they are all amazing. They have wonderful appetizers and salads. The mushroom fondue is truly special. The only thing we didn't care for was the bruschetta. I guess I was not expecting it be served cold. But that could be a total preference thing. Two years ago, I met and fell in love with my beautiful girlfriend. In that time, Postinos has played a vital role in our Monday nights and any happy hour needs we've had. That is, until last night, when a bartender (Kennedy) awakened a lesbian fantasy within my lovey girlfriend. She has since left me (I can only assume to try to be with the bartender,) but thankfully, Postinos continues to have the best happy hour deal on pearl. Absolutely wonderful place to celebrate, the atmosphere couldn't be better and both service and food were immaculate. Our server Alyssa stands out as phenomenal and truly made our night. Cannot thank her or the other staff enough for the absolutely delightful experience.Dietary restrictions: Very good for gluten free, especially considering bread can be so hard to do well.
