Feel bad for the crew here.. this place is a complete hangout for the homeless, they stand in front of the restaurant and walk around inside approaching people’s tables and cussing and I watch people get up and leave.. sad.. there was 3 in the store and one was walking around talking to himself and another was going off and yelling walking around, it was like we were in a insane asylum and you can’t even eat cause of the smell. The people here are fairly nice. The Spanish boy at the first window had a bit of an attitude when I wanted to change my order though. Usually our food is nice and fresh here. Fries were cold and hard when we got them. When I worked here, fries didn't go into the bag until everything else was ready. They gave us our first bag and fries before all of our order was even ready. Burgers were put together super sloppy. New faces, need better training, if they care.

The store on 28th in Boulder has a serious homeless loitering problem. They take up all the outdoor tables smoking, drinking, storing all their gear and whatever else. One panhander had a large knife strapped to his side while approaching cars. It's supposed to be a family oriented restaurant. I no longer feel safe going there. Especially with my kids!
