Just ordered an iced Chai and instead received a hot Chai, no big deal. We went to the front and politely told Joe the employee that it was hot and not iced. Instead of offering to remake it he was rude, didn’t understand the issue between a scalding hot drink and an iced drink and gave us a small cup of ice to pour into it (obviously not how iced drinks are made, you can’t pour ice over an already-made hot drink, it just waters it down). I then asked if they could remake it and he continued to be rude and begrudgingly went to the back to tell another employee to do it.Sad because he was nice to other customers but the moment we went up to him before saying anything he was immediately rude and inconvenienced they messed up.

Called to place an order for pickup and the employee straight up told me no. I hate how everything is so dehumanized to the point you have to use the app or the website

I used to be excited about the soup combo with salad or sandwich, but not only has the menu gotten overcomplicated, the food quality has diminished. No longer shaved parmesan on French onion soup, instead a handful of shredded mozzarella on a soup that used to be more tasty than salty. Sandwiches were ok - I think the fresh baked bread might be the last thing they have left going for them.

I wanted to make a pick-up order, not sure what exactly happened but I was placed on hold and then the call was dropped. I called back to try again, as I was already on my way. Got there to pick up and the manager gave me my order and said it was "on the house" since the call dropped. Definitely unexpected but so appreciated!

I wish nothing but the worst for whoever is packing the to go orders at 7:30 at night on Saturdays. Multiple uncapped burning hot soups put loose in a bag. I hope your dog

Honestly. If you’re going to bother putting the stickers on, maybe you could mark them? With all the illness going around, the last thing we need to do is handle each others food to figure out whose is whose. Do better.

Good employees at this location. Don't understand the prices, with the portions being so small. Even pre-pandemic it was this way. Blows my mind!

The food here is genuinely good. The food most of the time is fresh. I've noticed that some days are better than others. Sundays specifically feel like the worst out of all the days to eat here. The mac n cheese, the normal one is wet and soggy most of the time on Sundays. On Fridays and Sundays the food is very well made including the Mac. I'm not sure if it's a employee thing or what. When the food is made right it's super good. Also do beware that the prices here are $$$.(semi expensive compared to other places with similar food quality) If you are trying to save money there is better options

Pleasant surprise! Great menu; diverse and tasty. The view of the mountains in the 29th Street Boulder location is fabulous!

I used to love Panera- I couldn’t believe when I got a you pick two last week that it costs $15 now. That was for sure a large price jump and the portions are too small for that to be worth the price.
