They took out half of their menu, the burgers were ok , only went there for the variety of grilled cheeses, hope they find what works for them, tots are bomb tho so 2 stars lol

Had the Ruthie’s burger was just okay, not seasoned or very lightly seasoned, kind of dry, had a little pink in the middle. Toppings tasted good.Onion rings and lemonade are very good.Service was friendly.

I was double charged for a burger twice. Bun was burnt. Charged $26 for a burger and small fries. Went back to ask the guy about it and he assured me he refunded but refund never went through. This was the first and last time I will eat from this vendor.

Best grilled cheese, and now the best burger in Boulder!! You can’t go wrong with any item on the menu. Hardworking and friendly staff, great selection and options, and so convenient for a tasty downtown lunch. It’s a must visit on Pearl!

Oh my gosh - it was a lovely weekend morning. We just got done with a flatiron scramble and it started to rain - so grilled cheese and tomato soup sounded perfect. We stopped by Ruthie's - unfortunately tomato soup is seasonal so they did not have it at the time. But we ordered some sandwiches - I got the raspberry beret and my partner got a meat sandwich. Both were AMAZING. Will definitely be back!FYI this is just an order-at-the-window style stand and there is no seating.

A refreshing place from overpriced downtown establishments. You can get a burger for 8.75 with homemade onion rings & lemonade, whole thing will set you back 20 bucks. The food is delicious and fresh, you can sit on a bench and enjoy the Flatrons. The service is friendly & the ambiance is fresh air and sunshine with a hint of Boulder's Mosaic community

If you're looking for a fast grab and go then ruthies is for sure the spot, right in the middle of downtown boulder. Paired with one of their soups, the grilled sandwiches absolutely hit the spot. The cheese pull has been one of the best cheese pulls I've ever had in any sandwich shop! While the food itself may look very heavy it was very clean and didn't feel too rich or oily, strongly recommend this as a quick stop for anyone going through the area.

Each time I've been there is one particular employee who is so rude. Went out of my way to go back up to the window to give them a tip and he was ungrateful and snarky. Recently he forgot our lemonade and when we reminded him he, again, had a snarky reply. Definitely doesn't make customers feel welcomed!

Sooo good! Little stand alone grilled cheese shop. We had their version of a patty melt and I think it was the prime rib grilled cheese and both were amazing! So much flavor and so much food! Fries were great too. Wish there was a few tables to sit outside to eat but definitely a grab and go place. And it's all freshly made! Friendly staff as well.

Love this place! The owner and workers are always friendly. I only come up to Boulder once a week for work and stop here at least every other week for lunch. The prices are right, the sandwiches are fresh. Sometimes I even cheat and get two sandwiches since I can’t decide. The avocado toast sandwich is so refreshing and definitely a healthy amount of avocado. I also love the Caprese and get that most of the time. Really is a great little treat when I am in town.
