“for many years i’ve studied at this location during my time at cu, but had to stop this year bc of one of the older workers who i kept having issues with who would handle mobile pickup. i left bad reviews on the app and i stopped going, but i don’t think she works there anymore, very happy to have my favorite study spot back!“
“This is absolutely the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Tyler is a whiz at the register and keeping everything running like a top. Audrey and Damien make the most incredible cappuccinos I have ever had! It’s an art making the perfect dry cappuccino!Took great care making steamed milk for the little ones too! ??“
“I haven't been there.... Apparently, my phone is not working properly. I often see places pop up on my phone as if I have been out and about... I actually don't go anywhere much, just driving around and/or walking by...... I do love good coffee and I was a barista for many years, but.... Anyway, I'm pretty sure that it is a 'mistake' on the part of Google maps.“
“Stopped at this Starbucks in the University of Colorado Boulder UMC on a Sunday afternoon for some tea. There was a little wait while they finished making up the drink for the previous customer (odd as there were two or three people working so why was the person taking orders also making up the more complicated beverages?). They finally finished and got to our order - a simple serving of tea. It didn't take them long to make it up so it was almost ready to go by the time we finished paying. Overall, not the fastest service we've ever had at a Starbucks, but still pretty fast, and the workers were friendly, so still a good place for coffee or tea and maybe a snack.“
“First time at this location since i started a new job around the corner came in here to get a coffee for pick me up looking for suggestions and the two gentlemen working were beyond amazing and helpful! The one I believe his name is Ben is a mixologist! He asked me some important questions so he could fully understand what kind of coffee drink it was that I was looking for specifically and he nailed it. They are both super awesome. Can’t wait to go back again soon thank you guys!“
“It's Starbucks, it's a kiosk cafe, nothing surprising here. Under Covid conditions Safeway can usually spare one person to run the cafe, so expect a wait in most circumstances, especially under busy conditions. Food and coffee no better or worse than other SB locations.“
“I'm a frequent customer to Starbucks store's throughout the country. I will only really leave reviews when customer service is either exceptional or very poor. This Starbucks the employees were very nice and efficient. My drink was ordered and made within 2-3 minutes. In addition, the customer service / small talk was observed with all customers. It was nice to see that these employees actually like their job.“
“I am a Starbucks regular wherever I happen to be. I usually choose a corporate location when available but sometimes I do go to the licensed stores. There are times that the corporate stores sell out of seasonal specialties, especially some that I love, so I will look at a licensed store, like this one in the Table Mesa King Soopers. I called ahead and found that they did have a few remaining treats and that they would hold them until I got there in about 15 minutes. Great customer service. Occasionally I do find myself wanting a treat or drink when I am out shopping so I will get it at a location like this. It is nice too, that Starbucks has now spread most of their perks, like being able to earn stars and use the app or cards in the licensed locations. That was not common in years past. This is an especially nice King Soopers with incredibly friendly staff over all, so it is likely I will use this Starbucks again.“
“This is a very decent Starbucks, given that it is a licensed store inside a Target, rather than a corporate store, which is what I usually use. The staff is friendly and helpful, the selection of drinks, standard, though a lot less pastry and food items here and at this time of year, a decent number of Starbucks branded gift items. The selection is not always the same as in the corporate stores though. They also had some whole bean coffee in a flavor we needed and it had an exceptionally far out "best by" date. Wonderful. Better than some of the smaller corporate stores. It might be that everyone was restocked for the holidays and I hadn't looked in a month. I was looking for a specific gift item today that was sold out elsewhere in town, but they had it. And as part of a bonus star challenge, this allowed me to pick up more rewards points. Not all licensed stores participate fully in the Rewards program. Ask first if that is important to you. For instance, airport Starbucks kiosks or counters rarely do, though you can still pay with your Starbucks card. This SB inside this Target does participate. What is also surprising, is that there is some really decent seating inside, just go around the corner to the left (sort of behind the wall) of the service bar with your drinks and food and you will see a substantial number of tables and chairs.“
“My drink got stolen by another customer, but the folks working here today (11:30 AM, 8/20/23, I wasn't able to get their names) were very understanding and remade my order. They also gave me a card for a free drink to make up for it. :)“
