If you are planning to order for an office of 12 people, DO NOT ORDER from here. The subway website wouldn't let me place the order, and Door Dash canceled my order within an hour of arrival. This was a mess. I was able to get refunded, but it is not worth the hassle.

Closed at 8:56 when I got here despite posted time saying 9PM. I now remember why I never go to this location. Literally just wanted a footlong cookie. Never coming to this location ever again and contacting the corporate office about this. I took numerous pictures and videos.

Apparently, there is no option to have a classic sandwich here like every other subway. I don't want 2× cheese in my sandwich, and I do not think it is ok to force people to pay more for what they don't want. So you lost money and a customer. Do better for your customers and quit trying to take extra money for things people don't even want. Rude employees on top of that is not a good look... I would rather spend my time money and energy else where

Very rude employees. They don’t understand basic english had to repeat multiple times. Check the image. Very bad attitude as they were speaking among themselves in spanish about my only veggie sandwich requirement.

It was ok. I know it's subway but I've had better subway. The place is severely understaffed. The kid there was playing on his phone when we walked in and he honestly didn't seem like he wanted to be there. He couldn't have been older than 18. I'd also feel that way if I was stuck working a Sunday by myself. But a smile and hello goes a long way.
Unfriendly employee he was very unaware of what was going on and just stared out in the distance several times then was like huh, I listed toppings 1 or 2 at a time, don't remember if he washed his hands after ringing up the previous customer.. but he did use his ungloved hand to put on the first glove then had to fix it but did so by grabbing the fingers and palm of the outside of the glove contaminating it. Got lettuce in about the middle 1/3rd of my sandwich and asked if he could add some so it actually went to the ends. All the toppings ended up piled in the middle. Sandwich still tasted good but I fixed it when I left.Friend asked for dressing and got a very light amount, asked if he could get more and got a blob on one end on the sub..Staff weren't mean, but you could tell the kid didn't really know what he was doing and didn't really care. He was moving very slow.

Tried to come in at 1pm doors were locked and employees were just sitting behind the counter talking

I tried to come eat here today to find out the door was locked maps says their open. Called someone answered and said subway how can I help you i said I just tried to come inside but the door was locked she said oh ya we're closed. Not sure why they would answer the phone or have maps say their open if their not.
