Bitter Bar is a local favorite. The drinks are inspired and made by legit mixologists with a passion for the constantly changing diverse world of spirits. The Cabin Fever, I Think Olive You and Hadi's Hibiscus are 3 cocktails that standout in my memory as outstanding. I always learn something when I come here. The ambiance is cool.. dark room with cool light installations, great taste in decor. Definitely check this place out! Keim is the bartender in the photograph, drink his concoctions!

The manager greeted us at the door and, seeing us shivering, urged us to sit next to the fireplace. What a great welcome! The cocktails are very reasonably priced and delicious. The manager will happily tell you all about them and get into discussing the various drinks, liquors, and history behind them.Great, super-chill and fun vibe - we’ll be back!

Forget not the benefits of bitter foods and drinks, They aid our digestion, I am referring plant based foods here and NOT THIS BAR lol. We had a wonderful time here, the ambiance and atmosphere were fun, lively and comfy. Tonics were also refreshingly good and affordable!

This was a very cozy place to visit, and for a gin drinker like me, the cocktails were very good. Service was friendly. I will visit again!

DONT COME HERE. the owner is nice and everything but apparently all the waiters "hate" me because i don't tip 30%. like this is a bar in a college town in the bar area. i treat them well but i'm not gonna tip 30% when there is nothing memorable that happened. i do a standard 15-20% depending on service. extremely rude and immature staff. don't waste ur money here. not even fun inside. just dark, no games or anything. the waiters manipulate you so that they can get large tips for doing what their job implies and pouring drinks that are pre-made. not worth it. wish i could give them 0 stars

This is a really fun bar! They have great drinks at a reasonable price. I recommend the La La Land if you like something a little sweeter The service is great and the bartenders are so kind.

Happy hour goes a little later (5-7) which is super nice if you didn’t quite catch the 6pm cut-off elsewhere. $8 craft cocktails is most likely the best deal off Pearl. The space is dark and red and more relaxed than ever. Good move, I think, going from a high-end cocktail bar to a more approachable drinks & gathering spot for everyone. I like the Tin Man best!

Happy hour was fun. It's on the later end of happy hours, which can work out well on a night out. From my fav to least fav is Tin Man, Kiss the Sky, and Boulder v2.0 (which personally i wouldn't order again). As far as happy hours go you could find cheaper cocktails, but for fun craft cocktails it's scarce. Fun vibe with a nice outdoor area. Would recommend

Great bar off of Pearl. Centered around craft cocktails. Bartenders were on their game for sure. If you're not sure what to get. Ask the bartender. They will definitely. Ake the perfect drink tailored just for you.

Best bar in Boulder, hands down. Kim and Laurielle are the most fabulous cocktail conjurers of all.
