Our favorite burger joint in all of Boulder. No inflammatory seed oils, they use Grass Fed Beef, and fries are fried in tallow. Hands down the best and healthiest burger place.Dietary restrictions: For those with Celiacs or gluten sensitive, they have alternative buns.Parking: Large shared parking lot with other businesses.
Updated Review, had and issue and left the review below, the manager emailed me a day or two later and made things right, will be back again and this time tell the team less salt. Love the concept, high quality meat that’s grass fed, no seed oils, mostly organic or best it can be. I would give it 5 stars for quality although my burger and fries were way over salted would try again but was disappointed in how salty the burger and fries were!

Walked in for the first time and was blown away with the food & service. Kim made sure to fully explain how almost everything is made in house & gluten free. You could tell she truly loved her job and it made us excited to try it! The food was delicious and we ate every bite! Highly recommend the bone broth as well. We will definitely be back.
