“I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Brighton Dairy Queen for making my son an amazing cake!!! The whole process was fantastic from the ordering to the pick-up. The cake was so perfect!!! It was decorated just perfectly for his personality. It was super tasty!!!“

“I stopped in to get myself a quick snack and to get a pup cup for my dog. They they weren’t very busy at the time so it was nice to be able to drive right up to the window. However, when I got my tater tots, they were so greasy I couldn’t eat them. It made my stomach sick immediately, even after just one. So I circled back around through the drive-through and told them that weren’t acceptable. They couldn’t have been nicer. The young man who was working was so pleasant and so professional and told me he was sorry that they didn’t taste well. He offered me an alternative and then told me that they would just exchange it for what I purchased and no extra charge. The hamburger was delicious and I walked away satisfied. I haven’t had this as good as Customer Service at a fast food restaurant for a long time. I will definitely be back and I appreciate not being ostracized for coming back around. Thank you for your kindness to my puppy as well.“

“Swung by this Wendy’s after runnin around town and it did the job. Burger come out hot, fries was fresh enough, and my drink was cold, so I walked out with a full belly. Staff was decent and the place looked alright, not spotless but fine for a quick bite. Nothin fancy, just simple fast food that hits the spot when you’re hungry and in a hurry“

“I haven't stepped inside this place little over 3 years ago. Back then, it wasn't great, dirty, rude staff, and messed up food. Not hard to make a burger that you're trained to make.
I have used the mobile app a few times, and people I know avoided the place as well.
Alas, hearing a staff change and a remodel, I stopped by.
Food better, service is better, it's clean. Value for the buck is ever so balance, and of course decided by each person paying with their hard earned cash. Frosty is a bit expensive for my senses, can be cheaper. That the only drawback I can say.
But it seems it changed and people may want to check it out themselves.“

“Very kind kids, my online order never appeared in their system and they were kind and figured it out. Ultimately retaking my order, and providing excellent service to me. Technology is frustrating, things like this happen and it’s no one’s fault.“
“Andre helped us and he was great engaged and very polite. The place was very clean and I look up and he’s recleaning all of the tables and chairs and asked if we needed anything else and followed up by telling us to have a great night on our way out shot out to Andre!“

“Stopped by because the drive thru had a pretty decent line. The Halloween decorations were incredible, so kudos to the assistant manager who made all 12 link streamers! Got a great deal with the 2 for $8 French dip coupon and it was delicious. My hubbs had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and said it was awesome too! Really great experience, and I had to let y’all know!“

“We had a terrible experience last night. We ordered pizza, breadsticks and wings for delivery. The order was missing the breadsticks all together, wings were missing sauce and we did not get the extra sauce we paid for. We called to see if we could get the order corrected and a man answered the phone and put the phone down and did not put it on hold. He then told someone "oh its some guy complaining about his order." He then passed the phone to a very rude woman who said she was the shift manager. My husband was very upset trying to explain the situation and her response was "Do you want me to help you or not?" At this point my husband is obviously not happy. She hangs up on him. We have spend a lot of money here and will not longer support this business. Not counting the large tips we try and leave. Terrible customer service and whoever Sheria(not sure on spelling) needs an attitude adjustment.“
“We don't have this restaurant in Minnesota. We went through the drive through and ate on the road. They boxed the food for us to make it easy to eat.
The burgers and fries were delicious and the staff was so friendly.“

“Love, love, love this location. Logan and Michelle run a great store. Allan, Sam, and their co-workers always take care of us. Food is excellent, restaurant is clean, and plenty of ketchup. Will continue to go there.“
