Ordered online for curbside, checked in and no one showed up. I called to ask about my food, no one answered and their voice message box was full. I went inside and they were closed (lights off and no one around). This was obviously within business hours too, very frustrating. Now I have to dispute the charge.

I was horrified when I only want to grab two large sandwich then the cashier was looking for the receipt after I told them I purchased two large sandwich, she asked me “where is the receipt” she didn’t give me any receipt, I logged into my account right away and showed her that i paid for it already and it’s deducted from my account. She still insisted where is my receipt. Then I asked for someone’s help who speaks Spanish to translate what I want her to understand, and she still keep saying where is my receipt. This is beyond rude and such embarrassment for me. Please kindly hire employees who can at least understand universal language. I can’t believe how your employees treated me today. It is really embarrassing and I’m literally almost cry.

Well yes it's what you'd expect from a mall cheesesteak place. So I shouldn't have been surprised. It wasn't terrible but not recommended. The customer service was great but unfortunately that didn't help the rating it gets.

They serve tasty meals: traditional Philly cheesesteaks as well as some more innovative sandwiches. The Steak Philly Cheesesteak is the most elaborate one, with lots of veggies. The Old School Cheesesteak is more restrained: just meat, cheese, and onions. The sandwiches come in three sizes: the Regular is about 10 inches. The sandwiches are prepared when you order, so it takes 5 or 10 minutes to receive your order. This is located in the food court.

Ordered from here and was horrified at the people making everyone’s food. Luckily the gal making my sandwich had put clean gloves on and I watched her make my sandwich. When it was cooking on the grill thing, I noticed the guy next to her making a couple other sandwiches and to my disgust, he pulled out his phone with his gloved hand and started talking on it! He stood at the back talking and talking and then came back and touched the food with the gloved hand that touched his dirty phone! Should’ve took a photo of him but it was some Hispanic dude. Learn food safety!I’m glad my sandwich wasn’t touched by him but still, that is wrong!After that, I will never eat at this location again if I’m up here again!I swear, this food court in this mall has sanitary issues because I’ve seen it at other places at the food stand.Food was ok and the strawberry lemonade was refreshing but other than that, won’t go back to this location ever again!
