I wait two hours for my order, they gave me my money back but still said my order was on it’s way. I got a text from the driver to say it was delivered. It wasn’t delivered to me. I will never order from this store again. I’m so frustrated, who has to wait two hours for lunch? I could’ve drove to colorado springs in that time frame. I’m giving you 1 star only because I got my money back but I still didn’t receive the food that I was promised. Don’t order from this store, order from the one in Louisville.

The service at this location was great! Kaii greeted us as soon as we walked in. The place was very clean and he made us feel very welcomed. He mentioned the French bread was just made fresh so I went with that. Best bread I’ve ever had at a sandwich joint. Most places, the bread is hard and crusty. This by far was the best experience I have had at this location!

This is the worst store location! It makes me not want to order Jimmy John’s. I hate it’s the closer to store to my house and my office and every time you call it’s either 1. The manager claims he has no drivers, 2. They take forever to make your order when you actually manage to get it delivered, 3. It’s always closed. This store clearly needs new management and a new team because it’s horrible and gives Jimmy John’s a bad name.

Idk what happened to Jimmy John's, especially this location. The last 3x I've ordered for pickup, it has not even been close to ready. Today, I even anticipated a slower pickup, came 30 minutes after ordering and the guy at the counter just said they're delayed. The line keeps growing, they seem to just be making sandwiches for a catering order while people are waiting dumbfounded as to why they haven't gotten their order. Will never order from here for lunch, because the entire appeal was getting a quick lunch that was reliably decent. But I will just start hitting Jason's deli up the road because I can't be waiting 45 minutes for cold cuts spread across some bread.

This store is the worst. I have worked by this store for 5 years and use to go here quit regularly but in the last 2 years it has fallen off big time. In the last 3 visits all within 30 days, the service has been the worst ever. 1 time they only had 2 employees and they stopped taking orders for all walk ins. The next time they forgot to add the meat to my sandwich and this last time today which will be the last time I ever go here, they They added Mayo even though i ordered it without and the lady handing me the sandwich said - no mayo. They suck - DONT GO TYHRERE!!!!

I normally don't go out of my way to write about a sandwich chain with super high turnover, but here I am, hoping that this JJ's ups its game. I always order a Vito with no onion, which doesn't seem that hard considering it's only a few ingredients, but I have a problem at this location 80% of the time. One time they were out of bread. One time they were out of cheese. One time they put onions on it even after repeating my order. One time they forgot to put oil & vinegar on so it was super dry. Out of Coke. Forgot to ask for my points number. Closed for maintenance and no update online. The list goes on and on. Not to mention it's super obvious the staff hates working here. It's just comical at this point. Not even sure how this location manages to stay open but hope there's some improvement before they shut their doors for good.

Every time I try to order from this place they are “understaffed today” . 4 different times, same answer as to why my food takes an hour plus every time . Horrible customer service as well.

That new Caprese salami sandwich is amazing! Buffalo mozzarella, pesto, salami, with balsamic vinegar and spices. Omg!? I hope it sticks around for a while.
