i never leave reviews but like I dont know if the employees are all just high but everytime I order food here it's ALWAYS missing something. I ordered a BLT and a large drink. I got a small drink and no tomato's today. one of the easiest sandwiches you can make and they forget the tomato. Happens everytime I go here. It's pathetic

Ordered 45 mins ago with a good tip. Nothing, yet. For a company that claims they're "fast", this is ridiculous for cold sandwiches. If I could give a zero I would. Bummer.

We eat at Jimmy John’s weekly or semi-weekly and this location has had more issues with our order than we’ve ever experienced anywhere. We usually order drive thru and the last three times we’ve come home with something wrong. The first time none of the modifications were correct, the second time one sandwich had no meat in it, and this last time they forgot our kid’s sandwich, messed up my sandwich (asked for no onions, had onions) and gave us someone else’s sandwich. Each time, the employees sounded confused about the procedure to rectify the situation, offered no refund, and seemed annoyed that I expected to have another sandwich made. The first time, I let the mistakes go and ate my food begrudgingly, the second time I had to drive back to get a sandwich with meat in it, the third time I asked for a refund for the missing sandwich and to have the missing sandwich delivered, which the store refused and told me I had to come in in person to get a refund. All three times I had to deal with hungry, impatient kids and the experience is really frustrating. There is a Jersey Mikes nearby, I will be going there from now on.

I would give 0 stars if there was an option. This store is ran by a lot of teenagers. When I came in they was being very loud, playing around, not paying attention, cussing etc… I came in around 5:15pm—5:45pm i was already waiting on my order for over 20 minutes, there was 6,7 people in there. Which I didn’t understand why it was taking so long. I over head an altercation that took place. A young lady she was wearing colorful pants I believe she asked the young lady that was making sandwiches to get a pickle that a customer was waiting for. The young lady responded so aggressively and had a bad attitude cussing. Very unprofessional. There need to be new workers that know how to conduct their self professionally at a work of place. I don’t think there should be teenagers working at such place.

Worst Jimmy John’s anywhere. Person taking order had no idea what he was doing. Asked for no cheese and tomato thats it. Instead was charged for a brownie I didnt order and the sandwich had cheese and tomato. Asked for a refund for the brownie and another lady said it was refunded. I paid with cash WTH. Get your stuff together.

Horrid customer service I will not eat here again. Ordered an unwich as I have a gluten intolerance, it’s not celiac but still not fun. When I received my in the inside was covered in breadcrumbs like it had been made on bread and then put in the lettuce wrap. I understand the risk that I’m taking BUT this was bad. I called the shop and was met with a bunch of excuses about how it’s in the mayo and they try to avoid it but the bread crumbs weren’t in the mayo as I wiped most of it off as I forget to say I didn’t want any. It was literally stuck all over the meat to the point I couldn’t eat it. They didn’t offer to remake it or to refund my order, I was just given a half hearted sorry. Then I noticed that on the receipt they had circled the $0.00 tip and drew a frown face as I don’t tip in the app I give cash at time of delivery this really upset me. It is not okay to make your customers feel guilty for not tipping in the app.

The food is right on par with the rest of the Jimmy John’s we’ve been to. However, it’s hit or miss with their customer service. Sometimes they will cut a sand which how you request and other times they just simply don’t do it. I’m not sure if they are not listening to my request or if the forget, but either way it comes across leaving us disappointed.

SO UPSET - They put an UN-ORDERED Jalapeno in our plain Chicken Wrap. My 85 yr old mother ate it and nearly choked to death. Young employees making order have ZERO respect for others... they don't keep their ingredients separate, and think it's all a big joke! We won't purchase at this location ever again.

What a joke. 3 cars in line and it takes 35 minutes in the drive thru? Seems like the workers are only freaky fast for delivery/catering orders or anyone who could potentially tip. Why have a drive thru if you train your workers to neglect it?
