SO UPSET - They put an UN-ORDERED Jalapeno in our plain Chicken Wrap. My 85 yr old mother ate it and nearly choked to death. Young employees making order have ZERO respect for others... they don't keep their ingredients separate, and think it's all a big joke! We won't purchase at this location ever again.
Gluten-Free option! Some places will call it a lettuce wrap and put a piece of lettuce on the top and bottom of the meat, but Jimmy John's actually makes it a wrap that you can hold with one hand to eat! There was a good amount of fresh lettuce and I still got the regular amount of toppings as I would in a sub. Thanks, Jimmy John's!

The food is right on par with the rest of the Jimmy John’s we’ve been to. However, it’s hit or miss with their customer service. Sometimes they will cut a sand which how you request and other times they just simply don’t do it. I’m not sure if they are not listening to my request or if the forget, but either way it comes across leaving us disappointed.
