I typically always order ahead and know to plan ahead. It can be especially long to order it you don’t use mobile ordering (hence the other star). But this location is always kind and they never mess up my orders. They always taste consistent, even with the pumpkin cream cold brews (which I have seen the topping at different amounts before). I know it’s a busy and crazy time for them but they do a great job!
First off I absolutely love most of the staff at this location, they are always so awesome and pleasant to deal with. Always asking how I'm doing even though they don't have too and just interacting with me always when I come in. I usually come visit on my lunch break and it's great to decompress and just talk to some wonderful people. Why the two star rating though? Well let's get into that.
