“Outstanding barbecue! The pork ribs were smoked all night and cooked to falling-off-the-bone perfection, and served with both mild and spicy sauce options. My husband loved his brisket sandwich. The sides were fantastic too - the baked beans were thick and flavorful, and the coleslaw was delicious and not overly sweet. Portions were generous and the price was right. Venue is spacious with plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating. My husband was thrilled with the beer selection and especially the Guinness. The server was friendly and attentive to just the right degree. We are picky about our barbecue, but both loved it, and will definitely be repeat customers at our new favorite restaurant in Canon City!“
