Visually stunning, Block & Bottle truly stands out with its clean and impressive decor. However, the food fails to live up to the aesthetics. The artichoke dip, described as a cheesy cream, was more like a cup of unappealing mayonnaise with no cheese. The burger, requested medium, was overcooked and dry. Fries were excessively oily, salty and hard. The fish dish's odd mayonnaise crab sauce and canned corn further diminished the dining experience. And the Kid’s burger is so small. A letdown overall.

Meh. I could take it or leave it.The good: Mussles, artichoke dip, salmon, sea bass and mushroom rice, the alcoholic beverages.The not so good: My Caesar salad looked pitiful and the dressing tasted more like mayo, the mussles that we got were good but 4 completely unopened so not edible, the stroganoff was just ok, and I ordered a drink at end of meal and never received it. Too tired to say anything so we just left without getting it.So not a bad experience, but not a great one either.

Block & Bottle is our go to here in castle rock! Servers and management are all extremely personable and attentive. Food is fresh and consistent, and we love the vibes/atmosphere. Karri, Natalie, Savannah, Tami, Celso, Maya, and Juan (just to name a few) are absolute rock stars - but as I said, the entire the staff is super friendly and informative. From the breakfast, to dinner (crab stuffed salmon is ??), and the drinks - everything is just absolutely amazing!
The food was super delicious ?? and filling. The flavors of my ahi tuna with the peanut sauce over the noodles and thin slices of jalapeno was out of this world!! I was super happy about that My husband's gnocchi had the perfect ratio of flour and potato. I really don't like when gnocchi has more flour than potato and his was perfect. I think the meals are a little bit pricey but you end up with enough to even take home, so overall totally worth the price! I would highly recommend this place ?? just a side note it's a little bit more of a bar atmosphere then a restaurant but the food is amazing!! ?

We visited and sat on the patio for 15 minutes while the wait staff chatted at the bar. Since we didn't get any drinks or even a nod saying we will be right with you we left and went across the street. No idea if food is any good.

I was so hungry, and the food looked so good, that I jumped right in and didn't get any photos of the food ?! I suppose that's a good thing, because it really was so good. We did the brunch thing so we kicked it off with some Colorado Coffees, so good. We'll certainly return and try the dinner thing. ?
