As lucky as you can get during Restaurant Week, we were seated by the owner Kim and really lucked out with our server Sam. Kim was so gracious as she told us about how we could order. When Sam came to take our order she helped us select the right delicious dishes for our dinner.The restaurant itself is modernized Old City Castlerock and is really cool. We LOVE Union! It's always our go to for great food and drinks. Chuck and Tom always come through with amazing service along with the rest of the staff. Definitely a staple if you're in Castle Rock!!Kid-friendliness: Our kids love it here!
