I was so excited to get a BWW in Castle Rock, but this location has been nothing but a disappointment. The majority of the times we go, we leave frustrated. We've given it so many tries, but I think we'd rather drive to a further location. The bar appears so understaffed or just not staffed correctly/efficiently. Initially, when they first opened, it was a challenge to get the food delivered right. I am lazy and don't like to go out in the cold. So I gave them another chance. I have to say they have improved. Honestly, they go above and beyond to deliver the food quickly. I have to give them kudos, because they have had a really attentive group lately, for the outgoing orders.
