We visited the new Castle Rock location and I usually LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings, but this time was awful. We waited 15 mins just to finally get the attention of a waitress for a straw. We then finally got to order and our food took quite some time to come out, and it all came out separate as well. We got the onion rings to split with our meal and that came out first which were cold, I’ve dealt with lukewarm things I get when things get busy, but these were cold. Then 10 mins later my wife’s wings came out , and she ordered plain with sauces on the side. The girl who brought them said she’d be right back with her sauces. My wings then came out another 10 mins later, and 20 mins went by and nobody still brought my wife’s sauce. She just ended up eating her wings plain because the entire time we were there we couldn’t get anybody’s attention, nobody looks at you or acknowledges you, unless they’re bringing something directly to your table. I couldn’t even get boxes to go, I had to get up and go stand by the kitchen doors and wait for somebody to come out to ask for boxes and then was told by the waitress, “Also you can just pay on the QR code”. On top of all of that, I got just a giant wing tip in my tray of wings?? I don’t know what’s going on here, but everything is so disorganized and dysfunctional. There’s plenty of waitress’, so it doesn’t seem short staffing is the issue, seems like there is no structure/order or attentive to guest services. $75 later for what?? I love Buffalo Wild Wings and I was excited there would be one right in Castle Rock, what a shame…

Ashley was amazing!! Best service I’ve had in a long time. Sat at the bar for lunch and she was hustling. I read the past reviews but think management finally hired some great people. Will be back for sure!

There was a hair in my fries and I ordered 10 wings and only received 9. You guys have one job and couldn’t even do it. Embarrassing

Service was poor, waitress through multiple fits. Staff in general was not on the same page. Food was cold and undercooked. Not impressed.

My son and I tried the castle rock location again after a six month hiadous! The food was great the bartender and the survers were fantastic! The food came out quickly and perfectly done per our order! I’m glad to say we will come again! You must have had a change of staff, we will definitely be back again! Thank you for the upgrade!

I’ve always loved B Dubs and we were so excited when they built one here in CR but it’s been an absolute bummer of a location. I understood the first couple weeks they were open but things are just not getting better. Whether we dine in or carry out we’ve had issues with literally every attempt to eat here. Love the brand, greatly dislike the location

I have been to the Castle Rock BWW 5 times since it opened either with my husband or my adult daughters and have not had one good experience there yet. The food is not hot or the service is bad or both! This last trip was the worst, they forgot half our order, and when the shift manager came by we let her know we were missing things she brought out our fries and they tasted like they had been sitting in the back for quite a while. Once we got everything I don't know what happened to our waiter but he didn't come back or check to see if we got our food. When we got our food he never came back to the table I had to flag him down to get our check. My daughter was very generous with my money and still gave him a 20% tip! The food was semi-warm and the service was bad! We have been going to BWW for over 20 years, first in Chicago then we moved back to Colorado and they built the one in Centennial Colorado till now in Castle Rock. I was so excited about this BWW but I will be going back to the Centennial BWW. We love BWW it's one of our favorite restaurants. Sad ?

Finally came to this location and probably the last time. From the time we got seated, took 20 min for them to take our drink order and never brought the high chair we asked for, another family gave us theirs when they left since they saw us waiting forever. We order 1 app, 2 kids meals and 2 six pieces with one side each. Well everything came out separately which I can deal with if it’s all within a few min but we are talking about a 40 min span and even then they forgot one of the six pieces during that time. We asked for the bill and missing six piece to go, takes another 10-15 min and even then, they got the last order wrong but not worth trying to get fixed at this point. When I paid there was no apologies for all the mix ups that happened and real no care for their customers.Not sure if they are short staffed or just very poor management but I would avoid this place.

Note to self: Don't ever order the wings at 11 pm. They were dry and chewy like they were under the heat lamp all day. And they had way too much sauce on them. However, the manager did give us a discount.

Very weird experience - we stopped by at 9 pm in a Thursday. We stood at the front behind another couple for ten minutes. Servers walked in and out from the kitchen but no one ever came by the front to seat us. Eventually we sat ourselves, and used the QR code on the table to order. A server never came by our table until we called someone over to ask about our order. Most of the tables around the restaurant were covered in food, stacked cups, dirty napkins. There seemed to be a ton of staff walking around the back, but no one actually taking care of the tables. Is this place intended to be a human free experience? Very weird. Wings are good!
