Because of a widespread advertisement, friends and I drove to the neighboring town of Castle Rock to purchase 85 cent Blizzards, but we were declined by staff. Turns out each person must download an app, install, set up an account, log in, and wait up to 24 hours for the coupon for the 85 cent Blizzard to arrive. Seriously. Don't bother.

The store was super busy when I went. They have downsized the size of the chunks of brownies in the brownie blizzard. And as usual dairy Queen is very overpriced.Parking: This dairy Queen was very busy and there were few parking spotsWheelchair accessibility: Definitely handicapped-accessible

Well, I know I’ll never eat at the Castle Rock DQ ever again. Health Code Violation. Apparently, pets are allowed in this store. This was NOT a service animal. It was a pet that the lady bought a dish of ice cream for and allowed the dog to eat it at the table. And the employees were well aware of that.Perhaps this is where society is moving. Perhaps I’ll only eat at home in the future. And I have 2 dogs at home that I love dearly, but they do NOT go to public places because they are PETS. Where does it stop? People have pet snakes. Do they get to enter restaurants with their owners as well? Or are certain pets discriminated against? Are cats allowed as well? What about pet Tarantulas? Are they allowed as well?The food was okay. Too bad the hot fudge sundae wasn’t. The fudge wasn’t even warm. The temperature of the fudge is what makes the sundae so good. So they failed on that front as well.The manager was training a table full of employees right beside this lady. So it was definitely accepted practice at this location.

Kids working there were good to us and joked around a bit. Blizzards were tastier than we expected. Only downside really is they cost almost $7 each for a small, which is way too much for basic ice cream with a blend-in.

Horrible service, girl in the drive through charged me a tip amount without asking or anything, and they clearly don't deserve the tip. If a girl takes your order make sure she doesn't charge you an extra tip!!

Been here several times just to see if the service would improve and after paying $6 for a mini blizzard I think that if I ask for cheesecake and I pay extra for it, that y'all should put the damn cheesecake in my blizzard, the job ain't that hard you just scoop it in, 6th time now that I haven't gotten my
