The employees are very nice and the order was correct but fast food is fast food. My breakfast platter was extremely greasy, soggy and small. I didn't expect it to look like the picture but it looked like something that would be on "nailed it". It would have been better if the hash browns would have been packaged separately so they wouldn't be wet. Anything in the styrofoam ends up damp with condensation.It wasn't the employees fault though. The store was clean and they looked like they were on top of things. The packaging of the meal is just all wrong though. I would come back and try the breakfast croissant though. I remember from several years back that those were good.

First, I stood at the counter for a minute waiting for someone to take my order. When the young man finally noticed me, he told me I have to place my order at the kiosk. When I completed my order, there was nothing on the kiosk telling me to pay at the register so I askedhow to pay. He said Oh! You pay here.I picked up my order and When I tried to eat it, the croissant was stick, globby and bland.It's been years since I went to Jack in the Box. I won't return again.
Stopped in on our way home from the mountains and had to use the restroom. Bought some Nuggets, so I felt like I was not taking advantage, and they were surprisingly really good

Took 25 minutes to get my food in the drive thru. No one in front or behind me. Either being lazy or something. Fries were stale and cold. Burger was atleast warm but completely soaked in grease from something. Avoid this location unless your looking for poor service and stale
