I have had many orders here and they are inconsistent at best. Sometimes the crust seems old. My last visit our pizza crust was so thin that it burned but the rest wasn’t even cooked.Now all that being this time our pizza was perfect. They cooked beautifully and tasted great. If this is the new normal we will be back.

Ordered twice at this location by ordering ahead, but both times they waited until I showed to make the pizza. One time I called ahead 15 and had to wait for them to start it. So the second time we gave them an hour notice for just 3 pizzas. The pizzas weren’t started when I showed. Excuses why they hadn’t started were “we just opened” and “were doing prep” (it was an hour after opening) and “this big order just came in” (long after mine was placed). They asked for 10 minutes so I ran errand came back and still not started either order. I could hear a bunch of teenagers goofing off in the back leaving only one guy to man the front. His excuse was that he wasn’t the one I had talked to earlier. There were no other customers and no orders on the shelves waiting for pick-up. Don’t know why they need over an hour to “prep” if they don’t ever make the pizzas.

This is the best Papa Murphy's but it's just because of Zachary! Such a nice young man and always remembers my elderly father's specialty order. He seems like a really hard worker and always makes a great pizza!Vegetarian options: You can get whatever kind of pizza you want and there are many vegetable!

I have been buying pizza at this location for years, Im not sure whats happened but its horrible, I picked up 2 Pizzas last nite, one of which was a 14.99 make your own, got home the thin crust barley stretched the pan, missing the cheese and ground beef, onions in big chunks, mushrooms brown and old, We went ahead and made the pizza because I didn’t want to drive back picked off the mushrooms, and all the other ingredients were falling off due to the lack of cheese on the pizza, I also have noticed lately that they are taking the order slips that come out of the register and laying them right on top of the food on the pizza no protection from germs. Seemingly no adult supervision whatsoever for the younger staff. Very low quality for the price in the supposed freshness of the food, Also, the fresh made salads are dated, but they are not fresh either. Save your money people make your own pizza at home.

They'll literally let anyone walk in and take a pizza from the Online Order pickup station without checking if it's the right person. They tried to make me pay for a pizza twice because it "looks like someone took it," the exact words said by the employees. It's a shame there aren't basic systems in place to make sure no one can steal your pizzas. No wonder the other stores get better ratings.

Not worth it.They used to have reasonable prices but, now fully cooked pizzas at other chains are cheaper.Secondly, they are privately owned and not under the authority of the corporate headquarters. They made it very clear, with my visit, that they do not care about customer service and after leaving a request to be contacted by the owner, I was completely ignored.If anything goes wrong with your order, consider it a lost cause and move on.

Ordered a couple pizzas for Halloween at 8am and scheduled a pickup for 430pm. You would expect that they would be made and ready for pickup or maybe wait 5-10 mins but they said it would be an hour & it took about 50 mins. I knew it would be busy and that’s why I placed the order first thing in the morning. Please do better.

Great pizza and friendly staff. The manager (owner?) is a hard worker who appears to understand that you have choices about where to eat and spend your money, and she actually seems to care!

Just got off the phone with the Castle Rock Papa Murphy’s location on Perry St. Totally unprofessional behavior. I can see why they have bad reviews! I will never do business at this location. I’m gonna try to find out who the franchisee owner is!!!

They got my online order wrong. Ordered dairy free cheese & didn't realize til I got home it wasn't dairy free. Luckily, I'm less than 2 miles away. I brought it back and the manager said they'd make it correctly, wrote what my pizza was with a sharpie and put it on the shelf.....in case anyone orders that type of pizza? I TOOK IT HOME and brought it back!! They could use this for YOUR pizza! She wouldn't give me a discount for a future pizza, just a "sorry, have a nice day." Now I know to ALWAYS check my order before leaving with the pizza.

Well, 5 calls and 2 door dashers later my delivery was finally canceled. According to the 5th person I spoke to regarding a refund, the owner will “get to it when she gets to it” pretty disappointed and frustrating. Only 1 of 5 employees I spoke with seemed to actively care. I feel bad that product was ultimately wasted because employee communication is lacking.
