Our family loves Papa Murphy’s! Being able to customize and bake at home are what makes PM so great but this location is awesome! I order from here often and I made a mistake on my last online order and didn’t realize it till I went in to pick up. The restaurant was slammed but the manager didn’t hesitate to fix my order and did so with a smile. The customer service is top notch and this last experience just makes it even more so!
Awesome pizza and employees! Ordered a pizza tonight and they're hugely busy due to their Tuesday special. The employees were knocking pizzas through the line, taking care of customers, making even waiting kinda fun to watch them. And, they were still making the pizzas with the care and attention you expect from Papa Murphy's (even my request for no olives made it through)! I'd have gotten everyone's names to give them a special shout-out, but I didn't want to slow them down....read full review

Since moving to castle rock I have visited this location frequently. Have yet to have any serious problems with my orders. Sometimes the specifications aren't exactly to what I asked for but it's not a big deal.One of the better Murphy's locations.
